Ordering and Supplemental InformationFraming All work displayed on this site is sold unframed unless otherwise stated. All pictures (prints and originals) can be sold mounted and ready for framing at an extra £10. Certain pictures can be mounted and framed for an extra £35. Original Artwork Every effort has been made to ensure that the reproduction of images on the web is as close to the original as possible. Photographic and Art Prints Prints are available for all works displayed on this website unless otherwise stated. Prints are available up to size A3. Art prints will normally be made to the same size as the original, however they can be made to smaller sizes. Photographic prints are usually available in sizes A4 and A3, however sizes of some are limited due to cropping restraints. Print Prices Art Prints: Up to A5 £10 A5 to A4 £20 A4 to A3 £40 Photographic Prints A4 £15 A3 £30 All our prints are made with an Epson 1290 A3+ professional photo-printer, using Epson inks, and (for photographs) Epson premium glossy photo paper to ensure maximum light stability (25 years +). Art prints are made onto watercolour paper, heavyweight cartridge paper or Epson matte heavyweight paper. To minimise fading Epson recommend that prints be stored behind glass, in a plastic sleeve or in a photo album to avoid atmospheric contaminants, and out of direct sunlight as far as is reasonably possible. OrderingOrders made by telephone are preferred; email orders are acceptable but are subject to delay as checking emails from the island is problematic. Postage and packaging Small orders of cards are normally sent in padded envelopes, larger orders are sent in boxes or appropriate packing. Prints and large photographs are packed in card tubes and will need to be flattened before mounting. Your purchases will be delivered using Royal Mail special delivery. This will ensure that your orders are covered by insurance for loss or damage during delivery. First class post will be used for small orders under the value of £15. Prices for postage and packaging are shown below:
Turnaround Times Small orders taken by telephone will be dispatched promptly after payment has been received. (Occasionally, there are delays with shipping due to our location and weather/sea conditions beyond our control. If there is going to be a substantial delay we will notify you directly.) Larger orders and those with special instructions may require up to 7 working days before dispatch. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage to deliveries by Royal Mail. Abbreviations
